For the Individual.
Wholeness Integration sessions are a personal healing experience combining traditional practices with modern understanding to restore balance and clarity. These spirit-led sessions are a sacred space for reconnection—to your whole self, your inner wisdom, and your spiritual essence. Each session is uniquely guided by what wants to emerge, whether you come with a specific intention or simply seek support and clarity.
Drawing on intuitive guidance, energy work, sound healing, and traditional spiritual practices, I serve as a compassionate witness and guide as you explore, release, and remember. Sessions are held in mostly quiet presence, allowing space for deep listening and connection to what arises. Afterward, we'll share a conversation where I'll offer any messages or insights that came through, and you'll have space to discuss your experience or explore anything that surfaced more deeply.
Sessions are approximately 2 hours, with flexibility to extend up to 3 hours based on what's unfolding, creating spaciousness for whatever your spirit needs at this moment.
Touch is entirely optional and based on your comfort. If you choose to incorporate touch, it will be gentle and intentional—similar in pressure to traditional acupressure or the weight of pressing a keyboard key. Sessions can be equally powerful with or without physical contact, honoring what feels safest and most supportive for you.
You might come seeking support with a particular life transition, healing from past wounds, clarity on your path, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself and Spirit. Together, we create conditions for remembering who you truly are. I'll bring all necessary items and ask that the space we use be quiet and uninterrupted for the duration of the session.

*Travel fee of $25 will be added to the price for any location further than 25 miles away.
Embodied Living Workshops.
Embodied LivingWorkshops are seasonal gatherings where movement, craft, and community merge to honor life's natural rhythms and transitions. Each workshop will have a different theme, focus, and rituals for integration. These meetings will invite you to be more active and vocal, sharing your story of the season, and dreams for the future. There is encouragement to participate, connect with others, and let others hold you where ever you may be.
As the seasons transition, we lean in to ourselves, to each other, and to the land. Each workshop will be shaped around themes that reflect the current atmosphere. There will be options for movement, touch, story-telling, and dialogue. Feel free to be as active as you’d like to be, nap the entire time, or come + go as you please. Your body knows what you need and I encourage you to let it guide you.

The Listening Path.
This yearly retreat offers a profound container for deep inner work and reflection. invite you to be still and observe for three full days, surrounded by nature, like-spirited community, and gentle, supportive guides. Taking place on remote land, this retreat is a time to connect deeply to what replenishes and restores your natural wellspring of strength.
